NebuChamber

NebuChamber®

NebuChamber® is a non-electrostatic, stainless steel valved holding chamber that makes it easier to administer Pulmicort® pMDI to patients who find it difficult to co-ordinate actuation of the inhaler with inhalation, including infants and young children.

Adjacent, unidirectional inspiratory and expiratory valves minimize unwanted dead space (only 1 mL) in the inspiratory channel; and the small (250 mL) volume provides a concentrated drug aerosol that can easily be inhaled by infants and young children with small tidal volume capacities.

NebuChamber has a detachable mouthpiece, and can be used with a facemask to facilitate administering medication to infants and children.
