| Two groups of children, aged 5–7 and 2–5 years, were examined in this study. Terbutaline 500 µg delivered via Nebuhaler resulted in significant (p < 0.01) improvement in functional residual capacity (FRC) and PEF in the older group. The younger group was unable to perform accurate PEF testing, however, significant
